The installers didn't re-attach the sensor of my home security system to the new door. They told me I needed to do it myself with double-sided tape. At the time, I didn't think nothing of it, but after some thought, I realized if I am paying almost $8000.00 for this new door, then they should do the entire job themselves fully and completely without burdening me with this detail. Totally professional from our salesman, Mitchell. To our installers, Roger Belanger & Jeremy Williams. They were very polite and patient with my mother in law, ( which is a lot) lol. My neighbor recommended this company and now I will recommend them to anyone who is considering a walk in shower.

After seeing many TV Commercials on TV for West Shore Home, I decided to give them a shot at dismantling & replacing my 36 year old heavy tile bathroom shower stall. Design Consultant Mark Gerlach arrived for the first appointment. He went through many options and at no time did we feel pressured to sign anything.
