Ernie and Nate came to do a repair on our shower floor and did a fantastic job. The job was professionally done and exceeded the previous installation by a different company. We are more than happy with their work.
Great experience over all. I needed to have a spot in the shower recaulked. Barry Welch came out the next day and fixed it. Supper fast, dependable, and professional.

Bobby Olesen was a fantastic designer and really helped me decide on what I wanted for my dream bathtub/shower combo. The salesman for West Shore, Chad Hamm, was 100% sold on the company and it was obvious. He was very thorough in his presentation. He was very enjoyable and had a great since of humor. When Patrick G. and Austin came to do the install they were very professional, they removed and installed eight windows in four hours. Obviously they know what they were doing. They left the premises just like they found it. These are beautiful windows and will be very easy to maintain.
