I needed a shower that could accommodate my mother's wheel chair and they did not disappoint . David Ogden and Lowe Rose were the installers, very personable, professional and considerate of the house, wearing masks, covering floors with tarps and cleaning everything spotless when they finished. The salesman, Allen Smith, was very thorough and explained why Koehler and West Shore was the best option. The installers , Brian Trimarco and Rich Miller, were very punctual, very friendly, very informative, very efficient. They did a great job. I did this remodel to make things easier for my mother and she is very happy with the finished product.

I was really impressed with the installation guys. David Ogden and Look Rose were great. They were very professional and explained everything as they went along. I was so impressed by the way they worked together. It was like a well oiled machine. You could tell they had worked together before and each had their job and it worked smoothly. They came in at 8:00 and were finished by 5:00. The job they did was great. They took out my bathtub and installed a shower. My husband and I love the new shower.

Overjoyed, to say the least! The team came in yesterday 4 trucks deep! What a fantastic job. The workers are outstanding. Never experienced a team where everyone is totally engaged in the project. What I thought was going to be a two day job turned into one. They never stopped. They even left all areas cleaner than they found them. I highly recommend this team and the company. THANK YOU!
