Grant & Zack came out to repair a leak from an install and did the job quickly and professionally. They explained everything to us. Thank you for the repair!
Great experience from sales to installation . Ray was the salesman and went above and beyond to make whatever we needed work. Danny M and Trevor M were installers . Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job. We had bathtub removed and shower installed. The shower looks amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and even came in on Saturday to finish the project because of running into things that took longer than expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.
West Shore Home did a great job. The installers were Dave and Tony. They were really nice, and they got the job done in 4+ hrs. I am impressed by their work...very neat and professional. The sales rep was Collin Cannister. He was also very professional. This is a great company to work with.
Angie and Jerry came to my house with such a happy attitude and their team work and quality of work was great.Would recommend their work to anyone,as they are real professionals. They put tarps down in every room and did a great job cleaning up when job was finished.
The whole process was great from start to finish
The crew arrived at 8:15, removed the old bow window and installed a new bay window. The 3 man crew, Steve G, Ralph and Dale were very professional, friendly, and neat. 4 hours from start to finish and not a speck of dust, wood shavings or dirt. The window is beautiful. I would not hesitate using West Shore again, and I would request this crew of guys.
The installers were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. They also made sure that I was satisfied with what they were doing and on one of the sliding glass doors I had a dog door and they took the extra time to ensure that it not only fit but to help me be able to put it in and take it out since the fitting changed with the door sliding doors. My Team Lead was Rickie Rivera and also Rob, James.S and James all did an excellent job.
Tony and Eric were great. Very friendly and courteous fellows
The whole process was great, from Bill the salesman to Andy & Sam who installed my new shower. It looks great! I can't wait to use it.
