The crew arrived at 8:15, removed the old bow window and installed a new bay window. The 3 man crew, Steve G, Ralph and Dale were very professional, friendly, and neat. 4 hours from start to finish and not a speck of dust, wood shavings or dirt. The window is beautiful. I would not hesitate using West Shore again, and I would request this crew of guys.
The installers were on time, friendly and did an excellent job. They also made sure that I was satisfied with what they were doing and on one of the sliding glass doors I had a dog door and they took the extra time to ensure that it not only fit but to help me be able to put it in and take it out since the fitting changed with the door sliding doors. My Team Lead was Rickie Rivera and also Rob, James.S and James all did an excellent job.

The whole process was great, from Bill the salesman to Andy & Sam who installed my new shower. It looks great! I can't wait to use it.

West Shore sent 5 dependable men - Steve G, Bernie, Dale, Rob, and Tyrell. They. installed 3 patio doors and l large picture window. I highly recommend West Shore and their crew. They also cleaned up after the job was finished.
The two gentleman who worked at my home were fantastic. They replaced a sliding glass door and two large windows. The work was beautifully done in one day and they left the rooms they worked in clean. Ralph and Aaron did a great job and were very courteous. I would use this company again.
The door installers, Tyler &Troy, did an excellent job installing a new front entrance door with sidelights. They were very personable & friendly and the workmanship is perfect. They kept me informed through the process and cleaned up after the project was complete. I would hire them again for another door or window project.
