Good value for your money. Respectful and professional. The job was done in one day for 9 beautiful windows. Unlike the well advertised competitor, the sales presentation did not have nearly the pressure nor the appearance of anger if the contract was not accepted on the spot. W are an older couple that need time to consider major purchases carefully. Would you blame us? We all expect value for our hard earned money.
We are not too young anymore and decided to have our tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. From the first initial phone call everyone with the company was very professional and helpful. The two installers, Corey and Jason, did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, polite and most of all knowledgeable at what they did. Getting older my wife needed a walk in shower. So we had tub removed and added a walk in shower for safety reasons. Josh Quick are installer only took a day to complete the project and did a excellent job from start to finish.
MIKE & MICK, were very professional & personal,they asked us what we thought about the install as it progressed, very friendly & worked very well with each other.
our installer,Joe L, did a great job. He was here on time and did the job in one day and cleaned up after he was done. The shower is beautiful. With the plywood behind the walls and under the base make it feel sturdy and made it possible to install safety grab bars.t Everything was done exactly as shown in their commercial. Again, I was impressed with the job done by Joe L. The installation and information he gave was great. It was a good choice to go with West Shore and would use them again.
David Don Angie Jerry were professional and made me feel special. The work was done efficiently and my house was left spotless. They answered my questions and provided additional information.
West Shore arrived on time and did the shower install within one day as promised. They had to return to fix shower door slide track. It was originally glued but was secured with a screw the second time. I had to push customer service to get the tech back quickly for this fix. The shower wasn't usable until this was fixed.
Angie and Jerry were my installers and by far they were the best. They were neat, courteous, and explained each area they were doing prior to fixing it. I would not hesitate to recommend either one for an install. If I could afford it, I would have them do more projects. They can come to my house at any time.
Dana and Ernie were our installers for our new shower. This shower is for my mother's safety and convenience. Great job done! Totally would want these guys back for any further remodels done to our place. I thought the bathroom remodel price was a high. Had to be done as my mother just experienced her 2nd fall and other knee cap broken.
