Drew D., Craig D., Aaron B., & Dave M. were our installers. On time, great to deal with, very courteous & professional. Jason (GM) & Tim (salesman) also stopped by while their team was working. The entire crew thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving which was appreciated. Overall nice experience.

Mick M. was sent to fix a small tear in the screen of my new window. I was pleased with how pleasant he was and very efficient!
Andy and Sam were consummate talented professionals. They truly enjoyed their jobs and consumer satisfaction was their main goal. They kept the work area spotless, and the bathroom was cleaner when they left. I could not be more pleased with the end result. They both truly enjoyed working for the company and took great satisfaction in their workmanship.
My sales rep, Chris Parent, was fantastic. He was very patient, given that we have a toddler and an attention loving dog. Sat with us through a 4 hour planning session. The builders were great! Very professional and hard working. Got the project almost all done in 1 day (minor set back in the front door waiting on new trim). The guys did a great job and cleaned up after. We had a tub/shower converted to a shower. Due to the size of the area, installation was postponed two days falling on a Friday. When Shane arrived he realized that it was a two-day job and advised us he could not come back until the following Wednesday. This was a little bit of an inconvenience but Shane was very apologetic. When we finally used the shower, there was a loud noise coming from the on/off lever. I called the office and the representative was very kind and willing to help. She said she would call me back but wh... read more
