The salesman Tim was wonderful. Took so much time with me to explain the process and reason why these windows are top rated. Steve G. and Mike were the installers. They were terrific. I have a cat and dog which were a bit challenging to keep calm during the prep and installation. They were so understanding and professional. They did a great job. My windows are beautiful. We had a tub to walk-in shower conversion installed yesterday by Josh Quick. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and patient. His workmanship was excellent. He kept the surrounding area neat and cleaned up thoroughly. We highly recommend West Shore and Josh for any project. Terrific experience.
