The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim. The follow up phone conversations with the customer service staff between closing and the install were quite helpful and experienced in setting the date the job was scheduled.
