The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim.
