I had a conversion, tub to walk in shower, and I am 100% happy. My sales rep Aaron was not pushy, he was very informative and willing to explain everything and willing to answer all of my questions. My demo tech, a different guy also named Aaron was wonderful. He was very professional, polite, reviewed the plan and the explained the stages. He laid down drop cloths from my front door to the bathroom, he kept the door closed to contain most of the dust in the bathroom. He carried all of the debris out to his work van.
