I had a conversion, tub to walk in shower, and I am 100% happy. My sales rep Aaron was not pushy, he was very informative and willing to explain everything and willing to answer all of my questions. My demo tech, a different guy also named Aaron was wonderful. He was very professional, polite, reviewed the plan and the explained the stages. He laid down drop cloths from my front door to the bathroom, he kept the door closed to contain most of the dust in the bathroom. He carried all of the debris out to his work van. Tai and Carson did an excellent job of removing old tub and installing new tub. We're redoing the whole bathroom and looks great starting with the new tub area. They finished in a good timeline and we will finish with the rest to have a great new bathroom. Tai and Carrson were really nice and virtuous. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home!
