Installers Kyle, Evan, Shelby were the best. Very efficient, polite and enjoyable to have in our home for the day. They were careful and respectful and fun to be around Our sales rep, was Yahvel was terrific as well. Very informative and answered all our questions and did a great job demonstrating the product. I have had the best ever experience today on my home project. Tanner &!Chace we� re here to remove and install a new sliding glass door in my dining room. They arrived on time. They were professional and efficient and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they worked and my door looks better than I expected. Tanner explained all the work as it progressed and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. My expectations were exceeded in every way! Thank you, Tanner & Chace and West Shore Home!

Kyle was our installer, he did a great job considering the issues that arose. He was proficient, clean, and detailed in his work. Kyle was cordial and concerned about our satisfaction. Annamarie was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our decisions. The shower door we wanted was not installed at the time of completion, we are still waiting. A different door was installed until the one we wanted arrives.
Everything went smoothly and their installers were professional and efficient. We love everything about our new shower except for the shower head they installed. After seeing on their Facebook page that they offer different shower heads, I� m amiss at why they didn� t offer us a choice. They never once mentioned they offer various ones but installed a very large flow shower head with a lot of pressure and we have since went out and purchased a new one to install.
