Kyle was our installer, he did a great job considering the issues that arose. He was proficient, clean, and detailed in his work. Kyle was cordial and concerned about our satisfaction. Annamarie was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our decisions. The shower door we wanted was not installed at the time of completion, we are still waiting. A different door was installed until the one we wanted arrives.
Everything went smoothly and their installers were professional and efficient. We love everything about our new shower except for the shower head they installed. After seeing on their Facebook page that they offer different shower heads, I� m amiss at why they didn� t offer us a choice. They never once mentioned they offer various ones but installed a very large flow shower head with a lot of pressure and we have since went out and purchased a new one to install. They explained what they planned to do, obtained our approval as they completed each step, and answered every question we asked clearly and patiently. Installation Manager Jordan Smith stopped in to ensure the project was progressing smoothly and to check to see if we were satisfied with the quality and design of the doors.
