C-279529 Patrick G came out to handle a small repair following the installation of our shower. He took care of the issue professionally. Very happy with my shower.
I changed from a tub surround to a walk-in shower due to mobility issues. Sam, the estimator was very nice. I don� t think I asked enough questions at the time of the quote or fully understood the dimensions provided. The step going into the shower was higher than I was anticipating. With my mobility issues, it� s a little more difficult for me to step into a 6 - 7 inch lip instead of the 4-5 inches I was thinking. Even though there were issues with the ordering of the storm door the techs were great very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned up when done, very polite. No issues what so ever with the tech

We had a wonderful experience with West Shore Home. The initial in-home consultation was done by Chris Sheppard. He was super helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great deal. Today the windows were installed by Antwan Jones, Marlana Campbell, and Adelaedo Martinez. It was frigid here today but they worked quickly, were extremely professional, cleaned up everything, and the windows look absolutely stunning. I couldn� t be happier with the product or service we received.
