Had the shower put in 2 years ago, noticed alittle caulk erosion from settling . Called and Joey came out within a week. The lifetime warranty is amazing. Joey did an outstanding job and went the extra mile and fixed my shower curtain rod! I would recommend West Shore!!!

Brandon made the whole decision-making experience of doing a complete master shower remodel, including the financing, a breeze. West Shore Homes called with an earlier availability for install so got it quicker than expected. Kyle and Dennis� crew showed up on time and prepared. The Serviceman, Joey< came to our home to fix a cap to our grab bar in the shower that was loosen. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgable, and professional and very courteous . He was in an out very quickly. My issue was with one bathroom and upon my request he checked the other bathroom to make sure no issues existed with that bathroom as well..
