Initial planning meeting was very thorough and informative. Listened to our needs and presented samples and ideas. Installers arrived on time, worked non stop from 8:30 to 5:30. Bailey Frazier, Steven Carter and Justin Trotter were professional, courteous, very informative. We are very happy with our new shower and would highly recommend them and would use them for future projects.

This is the second major job I've had done with this company. West Shore replaced my front three windows and replaced my rotted kitchen french doors with a slider 2+ years ago. The windows and door are still working/gliding the same as the day they left. The companies employees are always courteous, explain everything, and take their time to give a perfect finish.
