Hi, I would like to let your staff know that my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new tub and shower renovation. Mark and Tim kept us informed all the way through the retrofit process. As for Mark and Tim's professionalism, they were second to none! Very respectful, extremely friendly and courteous. There work was first rate and they left the job clean and spotless. James and Cedric we outstanding and professional. They answered every question along the way and double checked every option and ensured we were happy before moving on with the next step. From arrival and inventory on the truck to clean up and final walk through we were updated and involved to ensure we were happy with their service.
Josh & Logan arrived on time, worked all day and finished up in a timely manner. The new shower looks wonderful

All of the employees from West Shore Home were excellent and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The two gentlemen who installed the shower and then Joey who came later to make an adjustment were all very professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciated them
