When issue came up a year later with mold, westshore sent out their best service man, Mr. Joey, to strip the caulk and install new caulk. On time work. Mr. Joey is an asset to the business.

The installers did a great job. They were in and out in about 8 hours. They worked very hard and cleaned up any mess they made. HOWEVER, it has been 17 months since installation, and one of the shelves has begun to detach from the wall. West Shore Homes refuse to repair unless I pay $125. They claim it is out of warranty. However, I say the limited lifetime warranty covers this kind of defect as long as I own the residence. I refused to pay for the repair because of this warranty.
