Greg was the service tech who came to repair the problem I was experiencing with the shower. He was very courteous and professional and completed the job in less time than I expected. It works as well as the first day it was installed 4 years ago! The installers Casey Sutton and Wesley Pickett did a fantastic job. The transition flowed smoothly and left us with a wonderful product. Cleanup was performed afterwards and very thorough details were shared with us about precautions on cleaning and use.
