My spouse and I recently had both of our bathroom wet rooms replaced. In one bathroom, the tub was replaced with a new one, and in the other, the garden tub was replaced with a walk-in shower. The process started at around 8:15 a.m. when two teams arrived and began removing the existing wet rooms. They then reset the drain piping, which was a very involved task, before rebuilding the wet room. Installers John, Logan, Don, and Steph were knowledgeable, effecient, courteous. Did an excellent job.
The Installers G, Paul M., Will W., and John did an amazing job. There was a good bit of miscommunication from the consult to the install, we had a � custom shower� . The install team handled it perfectly. There were bumps along the actual install process that were unforeseen. Again, the team handled it wonderfully! Mathew and Nicolas were first rate and professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned during and after the install. The workers did a thorough job and should be paid well as well as receiving full benefits. As a former(and now elderly) carpenter and high role remodeler I thought the price was exorbitant considering the raw cost of materials involved. West Shore Home did a wonderful job replacing our shower. Chad Hunt was our West Shore Advisor and he was awesome. He thoroughly explained every detail for our new shower. Andre, Justin and Holden did a fantastic job installing our new shower!! They were on time and professional!! We can't say enough good things about our new shower! We love it!!
