Overall, the experience was good. There is a lack of communication from the company regarding timing of the install. But the installers were great. Freddie and Nate were very professional and neat with their installation. I am also very satisfied with the product.

Had a great overall experience with West Shore Home for my shower remodel. They did my initial consultation less that 24 hours after my original call. The sales rep Scott was on time and very personable, had good options and provided necessary information to make my decision. They scheduled me for only 3 weeks out, and actually called as soon as my materials were in to potentially move my install up.
