Service was EXCELLENT from start to finish! Nick was awesome helping me with the original plans. He was so genuine and honest. Tyler S & Jordan M were the technicians and they did a FANTASTIC job! Both young men were so polite and personable. I was amazed how quickly they got the job done and left my house perfectly clean. I have already recommended WestShore to several people! They were here early and finished the install quick and left no mess behind. Everything looks amazing and we are super happy with our final results. My walk in tub manufacturer is not satisfactory especially for the amount of $$ for the unit. There was a problemduriing the install and it has been recurring. Now I have water damage to my hardwood floor in that bathroom. Frank Scofield came to my home, he was pleasant and very professional. What really impressed me was the way he actually listened to my concerns and understood them. With Frank handling my issues, I feel confident they will be handled fairly. Thank you Frank
