Very professional crew! Great teamwork, customer service and super tidy. Mr Robert had to come back a couple of months later to take care of some sheetrock damage on the ceiling of the bottom floor (right below the bathrooms) and did such a great job!

Our experience was awesome! First, the call to set up an appointment for the design consultant, Keith Claybrook, to come out for a presentation and estimate, was pleasant and easy. During the presentation, Keith was so professional and knowledgeable, it made the decision easy for us. He was able to give us multiple discounts to make the final price very affordable. The installers, Travis B. And Ttavis C. Did sn excellent job. They were very professional and the work was high quality. They communicated with me throughout the project to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Upon completion, they reviewed everything with me and cleaned up and left the house spotless. West Shore Home removed our old shower/tub unit and replaced it with an amazing new step-in shower in just six hours. I was very pleased with the workmanship of the installers (Mathew and Waylynn) as well as their courtesy and professionalism. Would recommend this service to anyone who needed it.

The whole process was pleasant. Every member I have dealt with in the organization is well qualified and very professional. Customer service is 100% . Shay, Keith, Garrett, and Lasane worked nonstop all day to get the job done. My windows look wonderful and I am very pleased.
