We had a worn out fiberglass bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. Jason B. & Dex F. were the workers that did the job. They were very professional & knowledgeable about the job. We had to wait for an inspector to come & inspect the plumbing before they could complete the install. The inspector was a little late, but everything was good. They told me if the inspector wasn't here at a specific time then the install would be delayed until the next day. The installers, Christian M and Isaac B were wonderful. They were efficient, hard working guys, and did an excellent job. They were very professional and polite. If we ever do another job with West Shore, we would request that they be the installers. We are very pleased with our new shower.

We felt no sales pressure as you find with many other companies. On the day of install, Jordan M and Logan L arrived right on time and immediately went to work knocking out the bulkhead we had asked to have removed. Tanner POEL/ CREW WAS ON TIME , ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, they did an excellent job on tearing out the old aluminum single pane windows , amd installing the new windows, on the whole house, coil wrapping the exterior trim and installing interior trim all in one day 16 windows removed and installed and cleaned all rooms and left the exterior spotless , I would highly recommend them for your install.
