Roger and Caleb were great! They explained the process and kept us informed throughout the install. When the job was done- they waked with us from from room to room ensuring we were satisfied and that everything was working properly. All our questions were answered. I would recommend them 100%

While we had some problems with the scheduling department, they ultimately brought in a team from Lexington, KY to do our installation. I can't say enough positive about the 5 man install crew led by Tyler T. They were the MOST professional home services team, I've ever worked with. They kept us informed of their arrival time, were polite and appreciative of the lunch we provided. The entire team was friendly and respectful. They treated our property with respect. James Smithey, Haley Youngblood, and John West did an awesome job in my bathroom remodel. The professionalism and quality of work was wonderful. I was very pleased with my bathroom, would definitely recommend west shore home.
