Sam and Tyler were great, on time, and communicative about process steps.
While we had some problems with the scheduling department, they ultimately brought in a team from Lexington, KY to do our installation. I can't say enough positive about the 5 man install crew led by Tyler T. They were the MOST professional home services team, I've ever worked with. James Smithey, Haley Youngblood, and John West did an awesome job in my bathroom remodel. The professionalism and quality of work was wonderful. I was very pleased with my bathroom, would definitely recommend west shore home.

Had a walk in shower installed in 6 1/2 hrs. Love it. They removed old tub and fixtures and did everything I picked out.
