West Shore has been a great company to work with. The experience from scheduling with Sandy in customer service, our meeting with our design consultant Jake, the 4 installers the day of service, Josh, Tyler, Casey and Denis, and the service tech Tyler C. , were all friendly and no-stress encounters. Must admit I was a little worried about the quality of a one day install but came out very pleased with the end product. Josef S. the installer arrived on time was courteous professional and represented the company very well. Josef went over the project then went straight to work. Josef checked in with us all through the project making sure we were satisfied with what was going on. Shower gives are bathroom a high-end look TY Josef and West Shore.
