The sales rep, Kerel, was friendly and knowledgeable about the process. The installers, Alex and Eric, were clearly experience with the tub-to-shower conversions, and finished in a day, just like the company promised. They did a great job. They were careful about the rest of the bathroom, cleaned up behind themselves and removed all trash. I am glad we chose West Shore Home for this project and would recommend them to anyone considering this type of project!

Our design consultant Heather D. explained everything and our options clearly. Jamie C. and Zach H. were very professional and did a good job. Brandon S. coordinated with us and kept us informed at each step. Two-day job required extensive demolition of the metal tub and fiberglass liner, but they cleaned up the site well. New shower and nice adjustable shower head and safety railings. Looking forward to my first shower tonight! Thanks to your team. $12,500. well spent!
