The installer Ray arrived on time, was considerate of our house and cleaned up. Was very courteous throughout the day, answered all our questions. He was here to work, get the job done in a timely manner, no fooling around. Poor guy didn't even eat!!. I would recommend West Shore again and would hire them to do our next job. I would also recommend Ray as the installer.

From start to finish our experience with West Shore Home Indianapolis was excellent. The sales rep Cole was extremely professional and did an excellent job of educating us on their product differences vs. other competitors we had received quotes from. Ther price point was about average for a tub to shower conversion. The day of remodel the installers Zach and Alex showed up promptly at 8am and covered all floors leading in and out of the home to protect them from damage.
