Tim, Josh, Zander, Ryan, they did what they had sot out to do. They were very professional, and assured us that we will be pleased. They went above and beyond to get the job done in a professional manner upon arrival in 2/1/23. Myself along with my family were very pleased. I highly recommend West Shore Homes for your home renovation needs. Had 2 shower installs going simultaneously, once the renovation was complete, that made the bathrooms more vibrant, and thats what we enjoy the most

5 person team arrived within specified timeframe. Team leader introduced himself and coworkers, proceeded to explain task goals and work progression. I lead them towards work area, explained we have a few dogs and stated need to keep gate closed and secure. I briefly interacted with team to move things that may impede their progress and left them to their tasks. Team members were accommodating to the needs of our dogs and kept area secure. Ryan A. and William worked very who together on installation day. Quiet, clean and professional. They were extremely considerate of our home and friendly. Eric, our salesman, spent a lot of time understanding our desires and helping us through the decision making process. He also followed up when we reached out with a question.
Great service, Jacob W was really great to work with. Answered any questions we had and explained everything that he was doing.
