Justin and Aaron came out to perform a bath tub to Walk In Shower Conversion. They were very professional and friendly. The job was finished in one day and looked great thank you West Shore Homes!!
The team of Rashaad, Caleb, and Charles were very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I had one problem with the install (which was not their fault). One of the windows was not what was ordered. I hope they will be the team sent to install the correct window. I rated the customer service based on the timeliness of the remake. It's hard to rate the value for the money, as everything is so expensive these days.
The men were polite, considerate, careful, and did a wonderful job. They left no mess. We have a beautiful, safe, walk-in shower now for my husband who has a tendency to fall. Work was done in one day. A certified plumber inspected their ongoing work.
Trey F and Steven F installed my shower in one day. Any bathroom remodeling I need done in the future, I will ask for these two specifically. They were awesome, cleaned up after themselves, didn't even know they were there.
Changing my bathtub into a low step shower, was completed quickly and so far, I can say thoroughly. Landon Lawing, the contractor arrived early, reviewed my order and got right to work. Rich joined him at one point, completed his role and left. Both gentlemen were very nice, which is very important to me. Landon was very thorough in cleaning the areas necessary to put my home back to how he found it. I'm sure, based on the care given me for this installation that I'll have a positive rating for the value of my money.

Leah was awesome!!! John and Darius as well. Left the area cleaner than it was before. So glad we went with west Shore.
Everyone was fabulous! The sales rep Rachel GW was great and very knowledgeable. The installers Sean G and Joel were fabulous. Very nice and the work is beautiful. They cleaned up and we LOVE our two new showers. Thanks everyone.
