I called west shore for a free estimate. Chase Leonard showed up, measured our shower, gave us our options. His knowledge of the job was impressive. We signed on that day. Ryan and Mike showed up on scheduled day. They were very professional, went to work right away. They showed us different stages of the job and made very clear what they were doing. We had an excellent experience with West Shore. Our bathroom is beautiful! The work was timely and of good quality. The consult was quick and easy and the technicians, Kyle and Parker, were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They did quality work. We plan on using West Shore for renovations in the future.
We are very pleased with our new walk in shower install. We had an old jetted tub replaced, and the team, Rikkie Swanson, Casey Sutton, and Tyler McNabb from WestShore arrived on time, and got right to work. They even crawled under the house with me and helped get the water shut off! Above and beyond, courteous and professional through the whole install process. Took them less than 8 hours to remove the old tub and drop ceiling, and put in our beautiful new walk in, and thoroughly clean up afterwards. We think it� s cleaner ... read more
