Great experience from the folks at West Shore Home. A busy replacement and installation on my windows. They look amazing. I wish to thank the crew for a job well done. The team consists of: Nathan Traylor, Ivan Quinn, Bob Keifer, Michael Butler, Kwari Conover, Nathan Law, Deshawn Washington, Eric Hardy, Daniel T., Michael Goodridge. We can� t say enough about our experience with WestShore, from the initial design with Kim to the day of the install with Casey Sutton, Briley Frazier and Bradley Fischer. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional and the install went very well. Love my finished product, it is going to be so much better than we had. Definitely would recommend them for any project you have and we will definitely use them again. *Two more bathrooms to do* at some point. Thanks again to everyone.
The installation crew, Mike, A.J. and Alex, were extremely professional and polite. Kept us informed and asked questions when needed. Customer satisfaction was their goal and not just � getting it done� . The .5 reduction on customer service (sales agent) is in regards to not being contacted of a change or omitted of supply prior to installation.
