The installation crew, Mike, A.J. and Alex, were extremely professional and polite. Kept us informed and asked questions when needed. Customer satisfaction was their goal and not just � getting it done� . The .5 reduction on customer service (sales agent) is in regards to not being contacted of a change or omitted of supply prior to installation.
