All of the people I dealt with at West Shore Homes were professional - knowledgeable - and personable. During the order status, the sales rep was very knowledgeable about the different types of windows and answered all of my questions until he and I both knew that I was satisfied. The workers that came out to measure the windows and then replace the existing windows were on time for their appointed time slots, courteous, and explained everything they were doing as they did it.
