The installers Brett S. and Hunter B. were right on time they got started right away and finished in reasonable amount of time. When they were finished they made sure i was happy with the work and explained how the windows worked. I'm very happy with the work they performed.

From the Design Consultant (Heath Sizick) to the installation guys (Jon G & Dan) were here early and did not take any breaks. What a great job we love it, the only bad part is I have to wait 24 hrs. To use it! Thanks to all the West Shore staff

Totally professional but very friendly and pleasant to work with. They showed up on time - even a little early which is a nice change - brought everything they needed and the right people. They really knew what they were doing and stayed off the grass :-). This was a big job - 33 window replacements. Got it done in a little less than 2 days. I had two bathroom showers redone. It was a little on the expensive side but I was amazed with the product and the beauty of my showers. They look like a 5 star hotel shower. I did get my monies worth and I would do it again. The crew was exceptional! And it only took them 2 and half days to do both showers. I would recommend them to everyone that's looking for experience, professionalism,quality work and getting it done quick with no mess left behind to call them. Westshore sent 3 employees out to remove an old jacuzzi tub and to install a shower. Austin Vickers, John West, and John Campos did an outstanding job! We love our new shower, and we highly recommend this company.
