Abbie Allen came calling and presented herself, her product and project in a professional manner. The job was completed as scheduled (one day), with exception of the shower door which was a back order. The back order came as no surprise and was stated so in the proposal. The completion came in on time and on budget, as quoted. The work crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves.. I highly recommend these folks for your home project.

Kemon, Imani, Austin, and Al were very professional, courteous, friendly. They were concerned and helpful with all our questions. They work great as a team. Very cautious in cleaning up. Would recommend them.
It was actually a shower install including new plumbing. Chris was our installer an I ca not say enough good about his attention to detail and superior workmanship. Beautiful job and a pleasure to have someone so personable also the job took 2 days because of plumbing issues and he cleaned up both days which was really nice!
Workers were punctual, neat, polite& knowledgeable. The main worker, Kevin, showed good leadership & care about doing the job to our satisfaction.
Dexter and Cam represented one of three installation teams at our house that day and were amazing to work with. They were focused, polite, communicated with us on the steps involved, took steps to keep our house clean as they moved in and out with materials, etc. We are very happy with the end result in the bathroom that they transformed. Given another opportunity to have West Shore Home do more work for us, we would request that this duo be assigned to our job.
