I was happy to know that the sales team (Keith Henry and Colton) was not overbearing. They provided me with the facts and let me decide what I wanted. The installers (Rickie Swanson and Darrell Joyner) were very professional and timely. I was happy to see just how they moved and had taken out that old 60is tub. They answered our questions. They left us with instructions on how to treat the installation before use including which products to use in maintaining our new fixture. Very satisfied with Arick Nazimek, the sales rep that explained our options, showed us the materials used, and how installation would be completed. Steven Carter and Tyler Cox did a great job removing old tub/shower and installing the beautiful walk in shower. They were courteous , hard working professionals that completed the job in about 5 hours that included a complete clean up. We are completely satisfied with our walk in shower and would highly recommend West Shore Home.

The installers Dan G and Ashton did a great job. Shower was installed in half the time I expected. The installers came in(very polite)covered up stairs and all areas in the bathroom while working. Upon completion of the project they cleaned everything. I had a little trouble with my tension rod for the shower curtain but Michael came the next day and replaced it without any problems. I LOVE my new shower. I will be calling WEST SHORE Homes again!! NO COMPLAINS!!
