Product described as "Excellent" Iphone 13 Pro Max. The phone had a screen scratch right from the packaging. setting up, it would not respond to touch of turning off. The screen did not recognize finger touch. It kept talking as well, all in all I was not comfortable with excepting in the state that it came in.
