Everything went as expected, which is very rare today!
The phone itself looked in excellent condition, no scratches or dents. However, I checked the IMEI with AT&T & it was still tied into the previous owners installment plan. This means that AT&T can lock my phone if it's not paid off or used on another account that's not the installment account. It also means that I cannot unlock it. I gave 3 stars for the phone, communication & ease of return.
