Ordered the red phone but a white one came, but I was ok with that. I'm returning the product only because the person I was giving it to didn't want it because it was too small. I didn't even get to turn it on or anything, just put it right back in the bubble wrap.

Functions properly, but have only had a month, and have already had to replace the $80 battery. Taking into consideration a few scratches n such, I would think remanufactured would mean functionality back to new which would include a new battery.
The phone sold was not paid off. When we checked the IMEI after arrival it showed that there was still a balance owed on the phone, which means it is still under contract from original carrier. If we would keep the phone they would give us 5% refund ($19) on a phone that was not free and clear and cost $380, instead we wait 14-30 days for a refund🙄. Do not recommend buying renewed on Amazon.
