I was surprised to see the top part of the screen with an internal crack. But i the option I chose should have come without any scratches or cracks on the screen. The phone is working well though but i was disappointed to have a cracked screen.

The product itself is in good condition. However it was over a week late even after I paid extra for 2 day shipping AND the seller sent me the wrong color phone. On top of that when I reached out to seller I got no reply. But to give credit where it’s due the phone is in excellent condition with VERY minor damage, almost unnoticeable.
I have not received the ipad. It has not been delivered as January 7, 2026.
