The product itself is in good condition. However it was over a week late even after I paid extra for 2 day shipping AND the seller sent me the wrong color phone. On top of that when I reached out to seller I got no reply. But to give credit where it’s due the phone is in excellent condition with VERY minor damage, almost unnoticeable.
It’s always scary purchasing a renewed product, especially an iPhone. I received this iPhone quickly, packaged adequately to prevent damage, received in good condition. I’ve waited to review until I’ve used it for a while. The phone I received works perfectly. The battery charges to 100%, cosmetic condition is perfect, easy set up.
