Their demeanor when explaining the stages as they worked was impeccable. All of the installers for West Shore that put in our shower we’re very good people, courteous and thoughtful. The young lady had a great eye for detail, and I appreciate her knowledge of what she was doing and I think that all of the representatives that put in the shower at my house did a very very good job and I appreciate West Shore a whole lot.

What a wonderful experience we had dealing with representatives of West Shore Home of Birmingham. Our installers, Hanna, Haley, Sean and Josh arrived on time and explained everything they would do. They ran into some plumbing problems and within a few minutes, James S. master plumber arrived to repair a problem that affected drainage. He fixed the problem which he didn’t have to do.
