The whole experience with West Shore has been phenomenal. From the moment we started speaking with the designer, I felt comfortable with team and products they use.(Whirlpool, Moen, etc.) We were initially set to install in February of 2022, but they were able to get us done a month AHEAD of schedule! Love our new shower installed by Chris J and Steven C. The workmanship was done in a professional manner and turned out great! We never asked about the type of replacement shower head before we purchased it and we were kind of disappointed it has a water miser although it does have several settings. Todays faucets are meant to save water I guess but when you stand under the shower extra long to get the same results you're not really saving water... They did a good quality job on my tub-to-shower conversion. They managed to get the job finished the same day even though they ran into a plumbing problem due to my old existing drain pipe. They are hard workers who are quick and efficient. I love the look and quality of the materials. Great job West Shore Home! Their customer service is great too!

Love my new shower installed by Dan C. & Robert F. They did a fantastic job, was very professional, and very conscious of doing the best job possible. Had a little scheduling problem, but was handled quickly.
Eric and Beth Ward recommend this company 5 Star Service 😁They were on time did a beautiful job putting in my shower did the job in about 8 hours and cleaned up before they left . Money well spent no more trying to climb in and out of the bathtub. I have Congestive Heart Failure so my new shower gives me the safety and comfort I needed.
