Steven,John and James installed our walk in tub and we are thrilled with the results! Steven and John were the installers and were very professional and kept us updated as it progressed. James was the master plumber who joined them today, he also was very professional and showed us the controls on the tub and went through how everything worked. These guys went above and beyond with their workmanship and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend this company! Great job guys!
Amazing product. Quick installation. William and Andrew were outstanding in getting set up for our install. They demonstrated professional work ethics in making sure we understood our workorder and went over each step concerning our new shower. Hanna & John were outstanding-hard workers and very professional. They were excellent in communications and making sure we understood the process resulting in the most fantastic walk-in shower for our master suite! I totally recommend West Shore Home. We had 3 bathrooms done and 4 great installers (Derrick, Chris, Steven, and Casey). These guys were very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job! 5 stars all around!
I had the best experience and with the workers Josh, Glen and Hanna! They had a tough job to complete and did it past my expectations! I was nervous and they completed it through all the random Alabama weather. 5 Stars and Beyond!!!!!!
