Jay and Jason who put in the walk in tub were personable, efficient and explained the process. They cleaned up after the procedure and just did a great job!

Our initial conversation was with Customer Service and the ladies we spoke with were nothing less than total professionals. The appointment with Jason V. was just as professional. He was totally honest and pointed out things about our bathroom we hadn't thought of. Installation was wonderful. Jimmy S and Mikey C, were prompt and did a great job. They were in and out and were excellent. We would and will highly recommend West Shore.
