Our initial conversation was with Customer Service and the ladies we spoke with were nothing less than total professionals. The appointment with Jason V. was just as professional. He was totally honest and pointed out things about our bathroom we hadn't thought of. Installation was wonderful. Jimmy S and Mikey C, were prompt and did a great job. They were in and out and were excellent. We would and will highly recommend West Shore.

The install was done well. The install techs did a great job respecting the home during the work to their trash away answering all my questions-and I� m a technician so I had many. Once done we had to approve and sign off on the installation, not like some contractors I have dealt with.

Brett S., Trever C., & Freddie E. were very professional and did a terrific job! The whole experience was great. West Shore installed a walk-in shower for us 2 years ago and we love it! Looking forward to many years with the new, attractive, safe doors at the basement entrance.
