We had a new shower placed in our master bathroom. It was updated with a seat and grab bars for safety. The installer JOE BIRKHEIMER was excellent. He did an excellent job. Joe covered everything before starting his work and was excellent in keeping everything cleaned up. He completed the job as we were told it would be done and was done in about 8-9 hours. He left our bathroom in cleaned and removed all debris. I would highly recommend this company and installer to anyone whom ask. Thank you so much. The shower looks great ... read more

Our initial conversation was with Customer Service and the ladies we spoke with were nothing less than total professionals. The appointment with Jason V. was just as professional. He was totally honest and pointed out things about our bathroom we hadn't thought of. Installation was wonderful. Jimmy S and Mikey C, were prompt and did a great job. They were in and out and were excellent. We would and will highly recommend West Shore.

The install was done well. The install techs did a great job respecting the home during the work to their trash away answering all my questions-and I� m a technician so I had many. Once done we had to approve and sign off on the installation, not like some contractors I have dealt with.
