The install was done well. The install techs did a great job respecting the home during the work to their trash away answering all my questions-and I m a technician so I had many. Once done we had to approve and sign off on the installation, not like some contractors I have dealt with.
Brett S., Trever C., & Freddie E. were very professional and did a terrific job! The whole experience was great. West Shore installed a walk-in shower for us 2 years ago and we love it! Looking forward to many years with the new, attractive, safe doors at the basement entrance.

Jason and Mike were great. They even found a problem under the old tub and alerted me of it. Great work!

The installers Ray Martinez and Jayden were amazing they covered traffic areas removed our old garden tub and installed a custom ordered walk in shower conversion. It is so beautiful and well built
