RecommendedWest Shore Home replaced our old tub and shower with a new shower. The team of Alec and Richard K arrived on time and first viewed the work area. After some discussion and suggestions Alec contacted his manager and it was decided that someone would bring some different/additional materials for the job. Meanwhile Alec and Richard got to work. I am extremely grateful for the suggestions as I feel they made the shower perfect. I definitely give the installers five stars and the company five stars for their customer service.☺
Craig,Mark,and Mike came out to our house and installed our windows today. They were very professional and very courteous and they explained everything in depth about the installation of the windows . They cleaned up well after the job was finished and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Both Jason S and Leanne were amazing. Their work was first rate and even assisted my spouse with a medical emergency while I was at work. I highly recommend them and the company.
RAUL & CRAIG DID A 5-STAR INSTALL OF MY NEW FRONT DOOR, AND THEN WENT AROUND TO MY NEW WINDOWS INSTALLED PREVIOUSLY AND CHECKED THEM, TOUCHING UP THE CAULK IN A COUPLE OF PLACES. THEY DESERVE THEIR $20 BONUS!!!

A complete, clean job from start to finish. Installers Dan C. and Ricky H. are skilled and efficient workers. Took precautions to protect our floors, asked appropriate questions and kept up informed as the work progressed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
The installer, Patric G. came to our home, by himself, to do the tub/wall remodel. He started on a Thursday and finished Friday morning around 11am. The amount of work he had to do was a daunting task for any do it yourselfer but he managed to accomplish the job in less than two days. He did an excellent job and was very detail oriented. We feel he is an asset to your company and should be rewarded for his punctuality, quality, speed of installation, and personality. Thanks for a job well done. Bob & Cerry.
I had WEST SHORE replace my tub/shower unit with a beautiful acrylic shower in my guest bathroom yesterday. Dan C and Ricky H did an amazingly professional job from the moment they arrived until when they left nearly 8 hrs. later. I would highly recommend WEST SHORE to anyone.......+++++ 5 stars from me‼️
5 stars to the team of Elliot, Johnny B, Kyle, Ray and Amp! They arrived on time to install 8 windows plus a sliding door and exterior door. I thought they would need to work into the night to get the job done but they finished by around 4:00! They were all very courteous and professional during the day. They used drop cloths to protect my floors and did a nice job of cleaning up when done.
