RecommendedI had my new shower installed yesterday. It looks great. There were some minor problems and the company sent Rob S from Service to resolve my problem. Rob was very conscientious about keeping me advised of his ETA, on arrival he took off his shoes and resolved all my issues, giving me a variety of options. He made absolutely sure I was truly satisfied be for he left at 8pm! You can feel comfortable that if there is some problem, however minor, it will be addressed promptly and courteously.

RecommendedKevin, James, Josiah and Joe were awesome. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company and the product. The windows are top notch and already our house is cooler, not losing the cool air out around the windows.

RecommendedRecently had a tub to shower conversion - Andy and Sam were great - very professional, prompt, and courteous - ease of working with West Shore takes the uncertainty out of booking remodels with other companies. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for A+ service.

RecommendedHad Ernesto and Don from West Shore Homes redo a bathroom for us. They pulled the old tub out, redid the walls, but in new fixtures and put in a new tub. Great work by these two - very professional, they keep you advised of what is going on and their progress, and everything was completed within one day. Highly recommend West Shore Homes for remodeling of bathrooms.

RecommendedBeing a contractor myself my expectations were high I asked stuff questions and was satisfied with the answers. The initial contact was with sales / estimators, AAron and his associate, was what I wanted, very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and helpful without the sales pressure.
