RecommendedBill Pawlicki was our design consultant, and took the time to answer every question we had and answered my email promptly. I'm not thrilled with salespeople but he made us very comfortable. On Friday at 8:10 A.M. Ernesto & Brandon showed up. They continued working non-stop until a little after 4 when they were done. They were polite, hard working, professional and helpful. RecommendedWest Shore Homes were very courteous from the phone operator to the project planner/salesperson, to Robert and Danny the installers. Robert and Danny never once wavered from their happy smiles, even with all the work they had to do (new sub-floors, demolition, new walls, installation, etc.). Clean, courteous, going way above and beyond to satisfy me and my family. I (we) will recommend them and West Shore Homes to anyone who's listen even for a minute!!!!!

RecommendedWe had west Shore, do our master bath shower. The representative came out was very professional and didn't try to over sell any products. He allowed me to understand what was need to make the job, what I had in mind. When the installation crew came out to my home, we're on time, cleaned up as they went on for the day.
